Strategic Life Planning
Do you know the five core domains of living wholeheartedly? Would you like to have a more holistic, strategic perspective on your life, what to aim for and how to go about achieving it? The EQIQ Strategic Life Planning process helps you do it all, starting with a review of your key lifeline. The process unpacks and opens up new possibilities and capacities. Ask us for details on how to be the best version of yourself and moving forward with greater passion, power and purpose.
Is your organizational work culture one of high performance and engagement? Our Business Transformation consulting process starts with an organizational assessment process that is designed to begin engaging positive change. The process empowers individuals and teams through insights, new skill sets and expert facilitation. The transformational plan and milestones are co-created during the leadership retreat, where the results of the assessment are digested and turned into focused, strategic leadership actions.
High Performance Coaching
Smart entrepreneurs and leaders seek out any advantage they can get from a coaching process. Our approach is built around the insight that the greatest asset, beyond natural talent and a capacity to learn, is insight into self and others. The greatest liabilities are also internal: self-doubt, confusion, indecisiveness, incomplete awareness and lack of personal mastery. The EQIQ approach uses in-depth understanding of emotional intelligence, specific acts of courage, and effective leadership practices for excellence in living and leading.
