Executive Team Leadership
Successful executive teams depend on high performance teamwork; too often this is lacking. Building high levels of collaboration and breakthrough thinking within a leadership team takes focus, disciplined methodology, a strategic pathway and critical team-building experiences. EQIQ excels at helping to liberate the power and effectiveness of executive groups. Our proven methodology facilitates building psychological safety and higher levels of trust, promoting high performance teamwork and more effective relationships.
Strategic Life Planning
Do you know the five core domains of living wholeheartedly and fully? Do you know the "power questions" that can help open up old blockages and free up passion? Would you like to have a more holistic, strategic perspective on your life and where to go next, what to aim for and how to go about achieving it? The Strategic Life Planning process is all about you. It starts with a review of your key lifeline - the most powerful, life shaping moments and stories from childhood to present, as they apply to each of five life domains. Power questions help to unpack and open up new possibilities and capacities. This is an intensive two-day, one-on-one process, with two follow-up coaching sessions at 30 and 60 days, respectively.
Private Executive & Entrepeneur Leadership Coaching
Sometimes a senior leader needs a safe, confidential thought partner with whom to explore options about how to effect positive change, solve daunting challenges and move forward with confidence. For more than three decades, EQIQ has been providing this service for CEOs, Owners and senior Executives. Our comprehensive and in-depth understanding of psychology, leadership practices, management disciplines, teamwork and strategic thinking skillfully blends emotional intelligence with practical business acumen into a seamless competitive advantage.
High Performance Coaching
Coaching for even higher performance and personal effectiveness is something that the very best athletes pursue. Smart managers and leaders are quick to realize that they do not know everything and will, like great athletes, seek out any advantage they can get from a coaching process. Our approach is built around the belief that the greatest asset an individual has, beyond natural talent and a capacity to learn and grow, is insight into self and others. The greatest liabilities are also internal and typically are: self-doubt, confusion, indecisiveness, incomplete awareness and lack of personal mastery. The EQIQ approach introduces an in-depth understanding of emotional intelligence along with specific acts of courage that can be exercised toward excellence in living, leadership and teamwork.
Our founder is available for keynote speeches to groups, associations and organizations. His topics include but are not limited to:
Transformation Leadership: Moving from "S- - t to Shift:
The Courage Imperative: Addressing the 2 Major Reasons Senior Leaders Fail
Whole Hearted Leading: Creating High Engagement & Spirit at Work
HR Secrets: How to be Powerful People Systems Leader
Do you have a highly engaged work force? Is your organizational work culture one of high performance? Or might you be ready for your organization to move beyond "good enough" to "GREAT” through more effective teamwork and high level collaboration? Our Business Transformation consulting process is customized to the unique needs and requirements of each client system. It starts with an organizational assessment of strengths, needs, opportunities and key gaps. The assessment process is designed so that it engages positive change even as the evaluation begins. Our consultants empower individuals and teams through insights, new skill sets and expert facilitation. The transformational plan and milestones are laid out during a senior leadership retreat, where the results of the assessment are digested, explored and then turned into focused, strategic leadership actions.
I encourage you, if you are leader or want to be a better person, to get in touch with EQIQ and its founder Dusty Staub. I interview a lot of people and if I had to rank, he is in the top 2 or 3.
