Multi-Day Leadership Workshops 

EQIQ has three primary powerhouse workshops for those individuals who are ready for transformation and a more wholehearted, courageous way of living and leading.  All of our programs are built around a potent integration of EQ (emotional intelligence) and IQ (intellectual quotient) factors, insights, disciplines, practices and tools. 

Each Program costs $4000/person with special group rates for teams. Virtual versions of each program will be available for $2500-3000/person beginning June 2020.




1)  Transformational Leadership: Wholeheartedness at Work:

This foundational program is a 3-day intensive. Participants learn how to use and apply the seven critical drivers of sustainable, high impact leadership.


This program is about stepping into personal authenticity, gaining deeper insight into self and others while understanding how to lead, as well as live, more wholeheartedly. Participants learn and practice practical, proven tools and methods to increase personal and professional effectiveness. 


An on-line 360-feedback summary and two insightful profiles provide deeper insights and understanding of both self as well as others.  Case studies using real examples of challenging leadership issues are explored in small group breakouts for later large group discussion.  In addition there are mini-break-outs to help embody effective leadership practices and skills. 


Each participant receives multiple coaching inputs during the session, as well as in a follow-up, one-on-one session. The latter occurs within 4 to 6 weeks of the program to check on progress and to add additional insights and practices as needed.  At the end of the session each participant creates a personalized Leadership Development Plan that is shared with the coach and, with permission, the supervisor of the participant.


This process is inspired by Staub Leadership International's successful Helping Individual Leaders Succeed (HILS) program and based on Staub’s books The Heart of Leadership: 12 Practices of Courageous Leaders and also The 7 Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life.

2) Three Days to Courage: Liberating Your Personal Power:

This program is for those individuals who want to move beyond fear or anxiety to a higher level of personal grace and effectiveness in living. 


This program helps improve personal relationships, family life as well as effectiveness in working with teams and organizations.  It is focused on empowering your best self, claiming your voice and your place at the table. 


If you are suffering from low-grade anxiety, fear or self-doubt then this program serves as a stepping-stone into living the life you were meant to live. This program is informed and inspired by The 7 Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life. A useful introduction to this work is Staub’s TEDx talk on developing the cardiovascular system of the soul.

3) High Performance Dynamics & Learning Enabled Cultures:

This program can be delivered to intact teams, cross-functional teams within the same organization or as an open-enrollment program for senior executives, leaders, Human Resource professionals and Organizational Development specialists. 


The focus in on the core dynamics of building a high performance work culture that is adaptable, flexible and learning-enabled for sustainable growth and performance. 


This is a two-day intensive dive into core dynamics, taking real examples from participants and applying strategic EQ & IQ insights and methodologies.


There is a one-day intensive follow-up within 30 days to share successes, problem-solve and help fine tune.  Then, within 30 days after the one-day follow up, there is a coaching call one-on-one with each participant and a team or group coaching check-in 60 days after that. 

EQIQ Leadership

For those who have been through one or more of our core programs and then wish to be able to deliver materials and processes themselves as internal or external consultants, we also offer certification on our EQIQ methodology and processes.  This is a nine-month process of training and development with an initial 2 day intensive and then eight one-day follow-up sessions for check-ins, report backs and further process / skills learning.
