Week 1:

Introduction of the Dynamic Development Cycle (DDC), a five-part cycle that allows for successful human growth, development and evolution - whether this is at the level of an individual, team, organization or society.

Clarifying Core Purpose, the first crucial step in the DDC, will be the topic of the week.

Week 2:

Expanding Perspective: Engaging Creativity and Extra-Logical Thinking

When it becomes clear that the old ways of thinking and doing no longer serve and that a new cycle has begun, it is time to take full advantage of fresh inspiration and the possibilities within change.

Week 3:

Completing the Dynamic Development Cycle:

With a clear Core Purpose and a fresh roadmap in hand, it is time to Identify Critical Factors and Essential Behaviors toward a successful journey. Finally, a system of Checking Results helps to make sure that you end up where you intended.

Dusty's will introduce favorite, time-tested essential behaviors that can be put into practice immediately.

Week 4:

Developing Resilience.

Best-laid plans and projections will meet obstacles and detours.

Dusty will introduce the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual resilience practices that help him to stay the course.

The nature of reliable support systems will also be discussed.
